Our double room was cozy and authentically Petersburg-style, with a comfortable bed, supportive mattress, and crisp, clean linens that made for a restful night’s sleep. The private bathroom featured a spacious shower area, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries and soft, white towels. Inside the room, everything you’d need was provided: a kettle, tea cups, a mini-fridge, and reliable Wi-Fi. There was even an ironing board in the hallway—perfect for last-minute touch-ups before heading out. What stood out most was how quiet the hotel was—no noise from the street or other guests, making it a peaceful retreat. And to top it off, we were checked in early at 10:00 AM with no extra charge—a real bonus! The whole experience felt personal, warm, and well thought out. For the location, comfort, and value, this place truly deserves every bit of its perfect score. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff are genuinely warm and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate guest requests. The front desk team stands out as particularly excellent—professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with everything from souvenirs and guided tours, to airport transfers, ticket bookings, and even visa support. Breakfast feels like home-cooked meals: varied daily options including porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, pasta, rustic potatoes, mashed potatoes, cutlets, meatballs, fresh salads, juices, milk, tea, and coffee—all delicious and high quality. The dining area is a bit small, but it’s easy to avoid crowding by choosing quieter times. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—right next to a bus stop and just two metro stops away, with several cafes, restaurants, and a 'Producty' grocery store nearby. A big plus: accessible rooms and wheelchair-friendly entry. Inside the room, you’ll find a TV, kettle, tea/coffee supplies, toiletries, and more—everything you’d need. Special shoutout to the housekeeping team—they’re thorough, efficient, and never intrusive. I’m genuinely impressed and hope the hotel maintains this consistently high standard. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of St. Petersburg, making it easy to explore the city by metro. The rooms themselves are decent—recently renovated with intact furniture, which is a plus. However, the experience quickly turned frustrating. We booked upgraded rooms but were initially offered standard ones and had to wait half an hour to get settled. Cleaning only happened after four days, and we weren’t even allowed to leave our luggage at reception. We were told the upgraded rooms were “in another hotel,” despite the website clearly listing them as part of the same property—though with separate entrances. Later, they claimed they couldn’t watch our bags because the manager wouldn’t be around. The manager, Tamara, was inconsistent, hung up mid-conversation, and created unnecessary drama. Overall, this wasn’t a hotel—it felt more like dealing with an unprofessional operation where guests are treated like a burden. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service, attitude, and communication were all severely lacking.
