Finding the place wasn’t obvious at first—I almost missed it until a fellow guest kindly pointed me to the doorbell labeled 'B&an Chez Moi Lame 57' and reminded me to take elevator B inside. Once up, everything was clear and welcoming. It’s such a convenient, quiet spot with great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna.

The property is surrounded by a large, peaceful garden filled with birdsong and cicadas—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. It’s well located too—just a 20-minute walk to the city center, and there's a bus stop right nearby, making public transport easy. The welcome was warm and personal, and the breakfast was exceptional—freshly baked pastries, homemade cakes, and a lovely selection of treats. On-site parking is available, which is a big plus. One thing to note: the room doesn’t have air conditioning or a fridge, just a ceiling fan, so it might feel warm during summer months. However, the overall atmosphere, unique setting, and attention to detail make up for it. At €200 per night, it’s not the cheapest option, but you truly get what you pay for—a one-of-a-kind experience that’s worth every euro.
