We stayed for three nights at Hotel Al Duca di Venezia and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to reach—perfect for travelers arriving by rail. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was generously sized too, and what truly stood out in Venice was having a full bathtub—a real luxury here. With fewer than 20 rooms, the hotel maintains an intimate, personal feel, though breakfast isn’t served as a buffet. That said, the coffee was excellent—rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed. One small suggestion: the bread and croissants could be improved; they seemed to be made from frozen dough, which slightly affected their texture. If fresh ingredients were used, the breakfast would be even better. Overall, this is a charming, well-located hotel with a great balance of comfort and character. I’d definitely return.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring Venice on foot. All major attractions are within easy reach—no need for taxis or long commutes. The breakfast was outstanding—10/10, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options and plenty of fruits. I also received a complimentary welcome drink and a thoughtful gift upon arrival, which added a nice personal touch. The room itself was brand new, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect mattress and pillows made for a restful night’s sleep. I’d happily return and recommend this gem to anyone visiting Venice.
