The staff, especially the lady at reception, was incredibly warm and welcoming—always smiling and ready to help. And let’s talk about the café cookies—they were absolutely delicious: buttery, fresh, and just the right amount of sweetness. I ended up buying a few to take home. The location is excellent for exploring Venice on foot or by metro, and the value for money is fantastic. I’d definitely return.

Just 300 meters left from the hotel leads straight to the waterfront, where you can see distant snow-capped mountains in the distance—absolutely stunning during the day. Night views are more modest. The room itself is small but immaculately clean and well-equipped—true 'small but perfect' design. And the breakfast? Fantastic! A generous spread with excellent quality, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Overall, this place offers incredible value for money. If you're visiting Venice, this is definitely a top choice—you won’t regret it.
