It's actually a satellite property of Hotel Bernardi, about 150 meters away, where breakfast can also be enjoyed—super friendly staff there! Our room was spotless, with a firm mattress that matched exactly what I like. The bathroom was spacious and had strong hot water pressure, plus an electric towel heater—such a nice touch. Even though it was quite chilly outside, the room heating worked wonders, making the space cozy and warm in no time. There’s even a mini-fridge in the room, and a working air conditioner (though we didn’t test it). We were on the first floor—very quiet, especially with windows closed, though the room felt a bit dim. But the little extras made all the difference: a kettle with tea and coffee provided, which we truly appreciated. Honestly, this was such a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely book here again on my next visit to Venice—highly recommended!
