We checked in last night at Hotel Maxim and were immediately greeted by a friendly front desk agent named Khalil. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He arranged a comfortable room for us and even took care of parking details—no hassle at all. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk or a quick metro ride from the city center. Everything about our stay felt thoughtfully managed, and we’re already considering returning. A fantastic experience from start to finish.

Staying at City Centre Rooms and Apartments in Verona was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Piazza Bra, with easy access to public transit and all the city’s main attractions. The room (302) was beautifully designed with thoughtful architectural touches—furniture and finishes felt intentional and stylish, like a true designer’s vision. Cleanliness was top-notch; everything sparkled, from the linens to the bathroom tiles. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service—always smiling, always helpful. And the best part? The incredible value for money. For the price, you get luxury, comfort, and charm that far exceeds expectations. The private terrace overlooking the arena was simply unforgettable—perfect for sunset views, whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience.

We spent our Christmas holidays in Verona and booked this hotel—what a great choice! The location is unbeatable: just a couple of steps from Piazza Bra, home to the Arena di Verona and Juliet’s House. Everything we wanted was within walking distance, and being so close to the city center meant we could easily jump into the vibrant Veronese nightlife. We stayed at Mastino Rooms, a separate building just 100 meters from the main property—quiet, convenient, and well-connected. The rooms were clean, slightly compact, and had a bit of dated furniture, but they were peaceful, well-maintained, and came with a mini-fridge—perfect for storing drinks or snacks. Bonus points for offering cribs for little ones—ideal for families. One small downside: guests staying at Mastino Rooms need to walk back to the main hotel for breakfast, which isn’t the most convenient in the morning. But honestly, it’s totally worth it. The overall experience was excellent—from the prime location to the thoughtful touches. If you want a central, cozy base in Verona with easy access to everything, this is a top pick.

Staying at Casa Magnani was an absolute delight! This charming little hotel offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff goes above and beyond to make your visit special—truly treated like royalty. Breakfast is generous and delicious, all for just €7—a fantastic value. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, with plenty of space for comfort. Plus, they offer free bicycle rentals, which made exploring Verona so easy and enjoyable. Perfectly located as a base for discovering the city’s historic charm. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem to any traveler looking for a personalized, authentic Italian experience.

Staying at Le Maddalene was a delightful surprise. The guesthouse has a charming Liberty-style design with a cozy, elegant atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean—really impressed by the attention to detail. Location-wise, it’s just a 20-minute walk from the Arena, which is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. The neighborhood around Porta Vescovo and Via XX Settembre feels quiet and local, away from tourist crowds, making it a peaceful retreat. The property is right next to a furniture store and a bus depot, so public transport access is easy. Breakfast was simple but delicious—fresh bread, local jam, and good coffee. Overall, this place offers great value for money and a genuine homely vibe. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Verona.

Feeling right at home from the moment we walked in—there was this lovely fresh scent of cleanliness that instantly made us relax. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with all the essentials, and had a thoughtful touch with high-quality amenities. Best part? It’s tucked away in a quiet alley right in the heart of Verona. We didn’t need any transportation—we could walk to the city center, restaurants, shops, and attractions in just minutes. Perfect for travelers who want convenience without the hassle. We’ll definitely be back, and we’d recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Staying at Casa Esvael was a great choice for our visit to Verona. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center and major landmarks like the Arena. The interior design has a unique grandmillennial flair, with stunning Murano glass chandeliers that really elevate the ambiance. The room itself is simple but comfortable, perfect for a quiet night after a day exploring or catching a performance at the Arena. The pre-packaged breakfast is convenient but could be improved—adding fresh fruit or local treats would make it even better. Overall, it’s a cozy, well-located stay with a charming touch, offering excellent value for money.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the city center and perfectly situated for exploring Verona. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive whenever I needed assistance, always going the extra mile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail and warm hospitality really made the stay memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona.

Our stay at Fiore di Loto was absolutely disappointing and ruined our entire trip to Verona. We arrived at 6:15 PM, right on time according to the check-in window, but there was no one at the front desk—no staff, no response on the phone. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, someone finally answered, and instead of apologizing, they actually laughed at us for being late. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. The hotel still requires in-person check-in in 2024, with no self-check-in options or keyless entry systems, which is surprising given how common those are now. We were trying to make it to the Arena di Verona on time, but this delay caused us to miss part of our plans. The atmosphere was far from peaceful or serene—more like indifferent and chaotic. There’s nothing zen about this place. Poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and a complete absence of operational efficiency. If you’re looking for a quiet, thoughtful retreat, avoid this property. It’s not worth it.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at BUE Nero Suites Verona. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk to Piazza Erbe and a 10-15 minute stroll to the Arena di Verona. It doesn’t get much better than this. Our apartment offered a beautiful view of the courtyard, with a lovely atmosphere and peaceful surroundings despite being centrally located. Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff at the BUE Nero Bar. Every detail was thoughtfully done—from the design to the comfort level. We felt truly at home. Without a doubt, we’d book here again on our next visit to Verona.

The staff were very friendly and I felt quite comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the wooden door to the room with a key-turn lock, which didn’t feel very secure. Also, the bathroom sink was partially clogged and water drained slowly—slightly inconvenient. However, the location was excellent—just a 200-meter walk from the Arena, making it super convenient for exploring the historic center. Everything you’d want is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, and local sights. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in a great area of Verona, this place is worth considering.

The property looks nothing like the photos online. The whole experience felt extremely uncomfortable and the place was dirty—really dirty. I booked a triple room advertised as spacious, but it was only about 15 square meters—barely enough to move around. There was no room to put down any belongings, let alone hang towels. The bathroom felt like it belonged in a campervan: a tiny shower stall where you couldn’t even turn around, and a miniature sink that barely fit a toothbrush. To top it off, I never received a receipt, and no one asked for my ID upon check-in. This was an unsettling and disappointing stay overall—definitely not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
