I used Grab Bike to get around, and it was fast and hassle-free. There are 7-Eleven and GS25 convenience stores right nearby, so grabbing snacks or essentials is super easy. The apartment itself is well-equipped with a free pool and Netflix access—perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. This place offers excellent value and made my trip to Ho Chi Minh City truly enjoyable. I’d definitely book again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

There’s no front desk or reception staff on site — just security who weren’t helpful and seemed unapproachable. We waited over three hours just to get checked in, and during that time, it felt like we might have been scammed because we couldn’t reach anyone. After staying for four nights, we wanted to leave some bags behind briefly, but were denied even a short window. It’s disappointing given how good the unit is. That said, once you’re inside, the space is definitely worth it. I’d still recommend this place if you’re okay with handling everything independently. Just plan ahead: don’t expect early check-ins, and be ready to manage your own luggage after checkout. Clear communication upfront can save a lot of stress.
