I originally booked this homestay for just two nights, but ended up staying four—and I could’ve easily stayed even longer. At first glance, the entrance road looks a bit neglected and the front door is unimpressive, but stepping inside completely changes your perspective. The place is spotless, clean, tidy, modern, and genuinely welcoming—just like the photos show. Even though the neighborhood is busy, the interior is so quiet at night that you’d never know you’re in the middle of the city. The host, her mom, and her daughter are incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a quick message away. Definitely download Grab—within five minutes and for only 20,000 VND, you can reach any part of District 1. There’s a great mix of local and European restaurants nearby, plus a convenience store, laundry service, and three ATMs all within walking distance. The value for money here is outstanding. Location? Perfect. Rooms? Impeccable. Service? Top-notch. I absolutely loved it—wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!
