I booked this hotel despite reading some negative reviews, and I'm so glad I didn't listen to them. The service was outstanding—5 stars from start to finish. A shuttle was waiting right at the exit of Terminal 1 upon arrival, which made getting to the hotel super easy. Check-in was fast and smooth, no delays or hassles. The room was adorable, cozy, and incredibly quiet—perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared with great variety. Everything about the stay was thoughtfully organized. I’m already planning my next visit to Bogotá and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend it!
