However, the check-in experience was quite frustrating. We booked through a platform that listed one address, but the day before arrival we were suddenly redirected to a different location (Marcos de Orueta), which threw off our plans significantly. We had given a half-hour window for arrival, but the hostess showed up much later. We ended up sitting at a nearby bar having a beer while waiting. The worst part? The noise from the neighbors above is unbearable—especially at night, it’s hard to get any rest. While the room itself is clean and well-maintained, the lack of proper communication and poor sound insulation really hurt the overall experience. Not ideal for travelers seeking peace and quiet.
