Althea Inn Roof Terrace
Staying at Althea Inn Roof Terrace in Rome was one of the most delightful surprises of my trip. I always prefer centrally located 4- to 5-star accommodations, and this place absolutely delivered. Located just a short walk from the Piramide district theater, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city—especially if you’re into live performances. The breakfast was brought right to my room, and I enjoyed it lounging in my pajamas on the lush rooftop terrace. It felt like a private retreat. Special thanks to Carish, whose endless kindness and warm presence made me feel truly pampered. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed with elegant touches, and the bathroom stood out—especially the powerful side shower jets that gave me an invigorating spa-like experience. The management went above and beyond by checking in multiple times to ensure my stay was perfect. But the real gem? The rooftop garden. Lush greenery, cozy seating, and even a little bird singing nearby—it felt like nature had found its way into the heart of Rome. And with fantastic restaurants just steps away, what else could I possibly ask for? This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience.
New Liberty in Rome
We stayed here with our two little girls and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and thoughtfully organized—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect: just a short walk to Ponte Lungo Metro Station (Line A), making it easy to explore Rome without relying on taxis. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt at home from day one. This place offers excellent value and charm—definitely a top choice for families visiting Rome. I’d book again in a heartbeat.
