The overall experience was fantastic, though the check-in moment wasn’t ideal. I arrived at 4 PM for check-in, but no staff were available to open the door—no one around at all. There were some explanations afterward, but that initial delay left a less-than-perfect first impression. However, everything else more than made up for it. The room was stunning—elegant, stylish, and full of character. Every detail felt intentional and well thought out. Carlos, the staff member I interacted with, was incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay feel warm and personal. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the main attractions and public transport. It’s clear this place puts effort into creating a memorable experience. Despite the slow start, I’d absolutely stay here again.
