Staying at The P L Palace Agra was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is perfectly located—just a short distance from the highway and city center, making it super convenient for exploring Agra. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful—Deepali and Bushra were particularly outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile. Amar was another highlight—so courteous and humble, yet always attentive. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great variety of local and international options. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. This place truly offers excellent value and hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and will be returning.

The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away—perfect for morning visits when the crowds are smaller. Every staff member, from front desk to security and housekeeping, was incredibly polite and attentive. Breakfast was outstanding—diverse, fresh, and delicious. It's rare to find such comfort and quality at this price point. The room had a spacious bed and was super comfortable, with clean, quiet surroundings. There are plenty of cozy areas throughout the property where you can relax and unwind at your own pace. What truly sets this place apart is its incredible location—just a 1-kilometer walk from the Taj Mahal, and you can even see it from the rooftop terrace. Watching the sunrise over the iconic monument from there was unforgettable. This isn’t just a hostel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Agra!

I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel compelled to warn others after what happened. My group of four traveled to Agra for a seminar starting at noon, and we had booked this hotel online in advance—fully paid upfront for three nights. When we arrived for check-in, the front desk staff refused to honor our reservation. A tall, dark-skinned employee stood there and demanded an extra ₹2,000 just to get in. I explained we already paid everything and asked why we’d have to pay more. He simply said, 'Pay up or leave now.' We were running late, so after pleading and trying to reason with him, he finally agreed—but only if we paid another ₹1,000. We reluctantly complied. Then came the worst part: the room was filthy, absolutely unclean. We asked for another one, but were told no rooms were available. They directed us to contact customer support instead. What followed was two hours of frustration—three different agents passed us around like a hot potato. Each one sent us to worse hotels, none of which met our needs. We made it clear we didn’t want any Oyo-affiliated properties anymore and insisted on a refund. Only after prolonged back-and-forth did one agent agree to process the refund. While I ultimately decided not to take legal action due to personal reasons, the entire experience left me deeply disappointed. The lack of professionalism from both the hotel and the platform is unacceptable. If you're considering booking here, go in with eyes wide open—don’t trust online listings blindly.

Staying at this homestay in September was an unforgettable experience. The host, Ali, is simply amazing—warm, incredibly kind, and highly professional. The room was beautifully decorated with great taste and spotlessly clean; I truly didn’t want to leave. I wish I had stayed longer so I could have tried the delicious home-cooked meals prepared by his wife—definitely a must-try on my next visit! What made it even more special was how Ali kept sharing stunning photos of the flowers on his lovely terrace. It felt like being part of a quiet, peaceful home away from home. Special shoutout to Arun and Himanshu—they were absolutely amazing, always helpful and friendly. Sanjeev also went above and beyond to assist us. The whole team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. From comfort to hospitality, everything was top-notch. If you're visiting Agra, this hotel is definitely a strong choice.
