A heartfelt thanks to Chef Anthony Bonnet for his creative, thoughtful cooking. The bar team also shined with expertly crafted cocktails that elevated the whole experience. It’s only a matter of time before this gem earns a star in a famous culinary guide. We’re already planning our return — just to relive a little more of this joy.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and spotless—exactly what you want after a long journey. Breakfast was served in the ground-floor restaurant, which has a bright, open atmosphere and great natural lighting. I had my first-ever experience with a croissant sandwiched with strawberry jam and hoisin sauce—unexpected but surprisingly delicious! There was a little mix-up with my tea order: I asked for a cup of black tea, but the server handed me a tea bag instead. By the time I realized it, I’d already opened it—so I ended up drinking it anyway, which made for a funny moment. It didn’t ruin the experience at all—it actually added a touch of charm. Overall, this hotel delivered excellent service, comfort, and a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was spotless, down to the last corner, and the bathroom featured a relaxing whirlpool tub. The staff were exceptional too—there was a kind Chinese-speaking lady at reception who made us feel right at home, especially helpful for our family. And the other front desk guy? Super friendly, genuinely warm, and always smiling. He felt more like a local friend than a hotel employee. For a quick 2-3 day trip with kids, this place hits all the right notes. I’d absolutely come back if I’m ever in Lyon again.
