I booked the larger room, and it truly delivered—spacious and exactly as shown in the photos with no surprises. The window overlooks a partial wall of the neighboring building, but honestly, that didn’t bother me at all since I wasn’t looking for a sea view—I chose this room specifically for its size and open feel. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered great comfort. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a few minutes’ walk from the M4 line terminal at Saw Airport, right next to the ferry dock to Kadikoy, and also near the airport bus departure point—perfect for easy travel. During my stay, I interacted with four or five staff members, each one friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist. Whenever I had a question, they responded promptly and provided real support. I don’t understand the negative comments about being unwelcoming to Chinese guests—everyone I met was polite, respectful, and made me feel welcome. This experience was outstanding, and I’d definitely return.

One moment I’ll never forget: after checking out, a kind staff member actually ran about 400 meters to return my son’s lost earphones. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute walk to a supermarket, and only a short stroll to bus stops heading to both airports. The timetable posted across the street even includes departure times for returning flights, which made everything so easy. With great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location, this place is a hidden gem. I’d happily come back without hesitation.

Just a short walk from the metro station leading directly to Sabiha Airport, and right next to the bus stop for the new Istanbul Airport—plus, ferries to the other side of the city are just around the corner. The street is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. I booked an economy room, but when I arrived, the staff kindly upgraded me to a luxury room—exactly as shown on the website, with more space and comfort than expected. The hotel has a working elevator and 24-hour front desk service, which is incredibly convenient for late arrivals or early departures. While everything was great, I’d suggest upgrading room amenities in future for even better guest satisfaction. Overall, this is a top choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value.
