Stayed at Yahsi Beach Hotel on November 21, 2025—overall experience was disappointing. Staff were extremely unresponsive; we had to shout multiple times just to get someone’s attention. Despite reporting issues several times to Berat Bey, our room was cleaned only once in ten days, and towels were never changed. The hairdryer in the room was broken, and despite informing Berat Bey, it was never repaired. Dinner portions were generous but tasteless—very underwhelming. For the price, this level of service and maintenance is unacceptable. The hotel clearly needs significant improvements in guest care and facility upkeep.

It’s a mere 2-minute walk to the nearest beach club and about 10 minutes to the Bitez seafront, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My only minor note: the pillows weren’t very comfortable and felt a bit cheap, but honestly, upgrading them would cost almost nothing and could turn an already excellent stay into a flawless one.
