The concierge responded incredibly fast—even when I checked in at midnight without prior notice, my message was acknowledged within minutes and arrangements were made seamlessly. They even helped carry my luggage, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, with zero overlooked corners, especially the bathroom—so clean it felt almost sterile. And yes, they’ve upgraded the amenities too: Dyson hairdryers! The only minor downside is the occasional airplane noise overhead, but they’ve thoughtfully provided 3-meter earplugs, which work surprisingly well. Located right near Imago Mall in Kota Kinabalu, it’s super convenient for exploring the city center by public transport. For comfort, cleanliness, and responsiveness, this place is an absolute standout—highly recommend!

We originally booked a condo hotel near Jesselton Quay, but when the property notified us of a one-day water outage, we quickly switched to this place instead. For family trips, a condo-style stay is definitely the way to go—and this one exceeded our expectations. The original booking only offered a refund for the day with no water, so we decided to skip the other two nights and just extend our stay here. The kids absolutely loved it—there's a pool and a kids’ play area on the 6th floor. Right below the building is the large Imago mall, and it’s just a short ride to Jalan Gaya; Grab rides cost only around RM6. If we didn’t feel like going out in the morning or evening, we’d order food via Grab—while room service isn’t available, picking up your order at the lobby is super quick and easy. One thing worth mentioning: the listing says 4 bedrooms, but there are actually 5—plus one family suite with a separate bedroom and a shared bathroom, making a total of six bathrooms. That extra space made all the difference for our group. Great value, excellent location, and very welcoming staff. Definitely recommend this spot for families looking for comfort and convenience.

Since it was so early, the security staff hadn’t arrived yet, but luckily ran into another guest heading out who helped me access the unit using the password provided by the host. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a quick layover. Everything you’d need is there—kitchenette, bedding, Wi-Fi—no complaints at all. The location is fantastic: right below Imago Shopping Mall, so dining and shopping are just steps away. And in under 5 minutes on foot, you’re at the beach—beautiful views, gentle sea breeze, ideal for relaxing after a long trip. Honestly, the value-for-money here is outstanding. I’d definitely come back if I ever visit Kota Kinabalu again.

Everything was great overall! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the pool was closed—apparently due to an unknown reason—which was a bit disappointing since my kids were really looking forward to swimming. Still, the room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to families traveling with children.

The room was extremely comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great local restaurants.
