Staying at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Harbiye was a fantastic experience overall. The hotel is well-equipped with all the essentials, and I especially appreciated the free shuttle service that runs every hour directly to Taksim Square—super convenient for exploring the city center. The location is ideal: just a short walk from Taksim, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms were spotless and kept in excellent condition, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings. Safety and cleanliness are top-notch, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. One thing to note: check-in doesn’t start until 2 PM, so if you arrive earlier, they’ll happily store your luggage. Despite that small detail, the quality of service, comfort, and value make this hotel stand out. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a reliable, central, and comfortable base in Istanbul.

We stayed at the hotel with a friend for a week and were completely satisfied with every single moment, from check-in onwards. The hotel is truly lovely—friendly staff, excellent service, spotless rooms, and peaceful surroundings. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up, change towels, and even replaced bed linens every other day. Fresh water, tea, and coffee were provided each morning—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious with high-quality furniture, ample storage space, and plenty of hangers for clothes. There were also dedicated cups for tea and water, which made our daily routine more convenient. Our friends were staying in other rooms at the same hotel, and they all shared the same positive experience. Even though we booked without breakfast, everyone who had it raved about how delicious and well-prepared it was. While the hotel isn’t right in the city center, it’s incredibly easy to reach major attractions and the airport—just a one-hour ride via metro and bus. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality we received throughout Turkey; locals went out of their way to help us in many situations. This country truly feels special—full of kindness, charm, and genuine warmth. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, this hotel is a must-consider. Highly recommended!

The GK Regency Suites Hotel is incredibly clean, and I truly appreciate Aslı for the exceptional service—though I couldn’t be on-site during my stay, the room was spotless upon every return, and it always had a fresh, pleasant scent. The only minor downside is that the hotel is located on a slight incline, so the nearest parking lot requires descending about thirty steps and crossing the street. Unfortunately, the previous parking agreement has been discontinued, so there’s no alternative option nearby. However, the lower-level parking still worked fine for me. Overall, despite the small challenge with parking access, the hotel’s location is convenient, the staff are attentive, and the cleanliness and comfort make it a great value. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, well-maintained stay in Istanbul.

I especially want to thank Vetat for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, offering clear directions to major attractions and even kindly weighed my carry-on luggage upon departure to prevent any overweight issues. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay in Istanbul comfortable and stress-free. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional—professional, friendly, and thoughtful. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.
