We stayed with our two young girls, aged 3 and 5, and they absolutely loved the central courtyard. The space is beautifully designed with a family-friendly vibe—safe, spacious, and full of charm. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I have to say, I was truly impressed! The location is excellent—just a short walk from downtown and super convenient for public transit. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the city without needing to travel far. The room was spotless, modern in design, and very comfortable—especially the big window that let in plenty of natural light in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth and quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The hotel is perfectly located near Plaza Universidad, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day. We arrived early and were charged an extra half-day fee, which we understand is standard for early check-in, but it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost—something to keep in mind if you're driving. That said, the real highlight was the breakfast! It was incredibly diverse with a wide range of fresh, delicious options—from local favorites like warm tortillas and fruit platters to classic Western choices. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. If you’re looking for a reliable stay with a standout breakfast, this place definitely delivers. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort and quality meals.

The overall experience was fantastic—the service was top-notch, the facilities were functional, and the vibe of the place was genuinely fun and stylish. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and delicious. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit for you. The rooms face an open-air corridor with a food and chill area at the end where loud music plays all day long, and conversations are constant—even late at night and early in the morning. Most rooms don’t have air conditioning, so windows must stay open, which only amplifies the outside sounds. If peace and quiet matter to you, I’d strongly recommend bringing earplugs or considering a different property. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere.

The stay was excellent overall! The location is convenient, the rooms are spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only minor downside was that we were assigned to the top floor with no elevator access—getting up there was a bit of a workout—but everything else was perfect. The cleanliness level is outstanding; the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. One small suggestion: even though we had toilet paper when we arrived, the housekeeping team didn’t replace it after cleaning since we still had some left. It would’ve been great if they’d added a fresh roll regardless. Despite that tiny detail, the hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The free shuttle to the airport is a game-changer—it saves so much time and stress, especially when traveling with luggage. The restaurant has been recently renovated, and the new design gives it a modern, cozy vibe with great lighting and comfortable seating. It’s now an even more enjoyable spot for meals. Plus, the pricing is very fair for the quality and location. For a hotel this convenient, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, the value is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back.

The Park Villa Hotel is an absolute gem located just steps away from Chapultepec Forest—perfect for nature lovers and urban explorers alike. The property itself is beautifully designed, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel like you're escaping the city chaos. I especially loved the garden restaurant at Corredor—the food was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be returning. The nearby Park Green hotel and The View restaurant are equally stunning and worth checking out. Every staff member went above and beyond with their warmth and hospitality. From start to finish, this stay was flawless. A perfect 10—highly recommend!
