The two spacious outdoor terraces wrap around the entire top floor, giving you a 360-degree vista that’s perfect for sunset moments or morning coffee. We were in a quiet little plaza on Calle Rodrigo Caro—a peaceful, tucked-away spot surrounded by charming local eateries. While the front door sits between two restaurants, we weren’t disturbed at all during our December visit. Access to the penthouse is via elevator (floor 2), with keycard entry—secure and convenient. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area feels expansive and airy, with tasteful furnishings and plush seating. The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, stove, cookware, dishes—all you could need for a self-catering stay. There's even a second dining table for up to eight people. A dedicated laundry area includes a washer and dryer, with detergent pods provided—so thoughtful! Bedrooms are impressive too: one spacious king suite with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, plus three twin rooms—one with private shower and toilet. Two additional separate bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. Everything was immaculate, well-maintained, and clearly built to a high standard. Our host Miguel welcomed us warmly, even though we’re familiar with Seville—he shared insider tips about great local restaurants and hidden gems, which we appreciated. Key access is provided via two sets—one for the main door with a code system. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, a large smart TV with digital channels, and a breakfast service delivered to our room on the first morning made everything seamless. Water was already chilled in the fridge—small touches that really matter. This stay felt like coming home, but better. Exceptional value for both the quality and location. Five stars? More like six. I’d definitely come back with family and friends—highly recommended.

We accidentally drove past the hotel and ended up circling the historic district for nearly two kilometers before finally finding it. The entrance is literally on a busy street—no space to stop, no way to unload luggage safely. When we tried heading to the recommended parking lot, we were back in the loop again, navigating tight turns with nerves on edge. Honestly, if you're not used to city driving in Spain, it’s stressful. But here’s the good news: if you’re traveling without a car, especially as a family or couple looking for a homey vibe, this place is perfect. The apartment-style suite is spacious, well-designed, and fully equipped—kitchen, living area, everything you need. It felt like living locally rather than just staying in a hotel. And the nearby restaurant? Absolutely fantastic—authentic flavors, reasonable prices, and cozy atmosphere. We went back twice. For non-drivers, this is a top-tier choice. One minor note: the pool is quite small—only about 2m by 4m with a depth of just 1m—so it’s more for cooling off than swimming. While the price is on the higher side, the overall quality justifies it. Honestly, it’s worth every penny for the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful location.
