The English-speaking team went above and beyond to help with taxi arrangements and room service requests. But what truly stood out was the breakfast. A fantastic variety of options, including a deliciously spicy omelet that packed a punch. And the cherry juice? Absolutely refreshing and a standout favorite. This place delivers comfort, quality, and hospitality—all at a great value. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff stood out: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—whether it was arranging transport or giving genuine local tips. Most importantly, they made an effort to communicate clearly in English, which made everything smooth. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and varied, offering both local favorites and Western options to kickstart each day right. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value for money. If you're looking for a cozy, stylish base in central Istanbul without breaking the bank, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Located slightly uphill, this hotel is surprisingly close to the jetty, Ortakoy Mosque, and the main street—perfect for exploring on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful; the front desk attendant even carried my luggage up to my room, which made a great first impression. My room was on the lower level, but it had a window that I could open most of the time, allowing fresh air to circulate and keeping the space comfortable without needing constant AC. Despite being tucked away from the main bustle, it’s still within walking distance of everything worth seeing. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I’d definitely stay here again if given the chance. A true gem in Ortakoy with excellent value and charm.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—when I asked if we could extend our check-out time by two hours due to my mom’s age and a shuttle scheduled for 5:30 PM, they kindly agreed without hesitation. The location is absolutely unbeatable; it's just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, making it super easy to explore Istanbul on foot or via public transit. Breakfast was generous and varied, offering plenty of options to suit different tastes. Plus, Carrefour is literally right around the corner, so grabbing essentials or snacks is a breeze. Clean rooms, friendly service, and great value—all reasons why I’d definitely stay here again.
