We had a fantastic 4-day business stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station, making commuting to downtown effortless. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with a comfortable bed that made for great rest after long workdays. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief given Chennai’s hot climate. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with local tips or travel advice. What stood out most was the excellent value for money—no compromises on comfort or service. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists looking for a reliable, well-located base.

Stayed in the suite and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout—perfect for comfort with a TV, AC, mini-fridge, and ample closet space. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but the upgrade was totally worth it. Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight: a delicious vegetarian thali served for just ₹149, filling us up completely. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made our stay seamless. The location is excellent—buses heading to Tirupati stop right here, making transfers super convenient. From check-in to checkout, every service was top-notch. This place deserves full marks. A truly memorable stay!

Located right in the heart of Chennai, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city—just a short walk to local attractions and public transport. I was pleasantly surprised to find a spa facility on-site—perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Despite its great value and quality, this hotel is seriously underrated. Had an excellent stay at The Dolphin Park Hotel – truly a hidden gem in Virugambakkam. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. Even though the hotel is a bit off the main tourist trail, it’s conveniently located near public transport, making day trips easy. The room was not clean at all—there were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom floor had stubborn residue that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. While the location is convenient for nearby attractions like St. Thomas Mount Church and Phoenix Marketcity, the poor hygiene standards make it hard to recommend. I’ve stayed in better-rated accommodations for similar prices elsewhere. If cleanliness isn’t prioritized, it’s unlikely I’ll consider returning or recommending this place to others.
