Our stay at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—right in the heart of the city yet surprisingly peaceful, surrounded by greenery and park areas. It’s a dream for families with kids; our little one had such a great time exploring the surroundings. The hotel’s proximity to the ferries is a huge plus—taking a quick, scenic ride across the Bosphorus is one of the most romantic ways to experience Istanbul. A special shoutout to Chef Murat for his warm hospitality and dedication—even on the busiest days, he made sure every guest felt valued. The Menemen and Egg Benedict were simply outstanding, fresh and full of flavor. And big thanks to Rabia from the poolside restaurant, who surprised our son with a Spider-Man bracelet. He still talks about it weeks later and proudly wears it like a treasure! We truly appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness—you’ve made our trip unforgettable. Located just steps away from a great Chinese restaurant and within easy reach of a major shopping mall, convenience is key here. Public transport is super accessible—just a short walk to the metro line. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in Istanbul. If I ever return to the city, I’ll definitely book here again—excellent value, genuine hospitality, and a home-away-from-home vibe.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. The rooms were extremely small and, to make things worse, there was no elevator—very inconvenient for guests with luggage or mobility issues. We booked two rooms, but we were placed in completely different buildings, even on separate streets, which made it impossible to stay together as a family. Communication with the front desk was poor—the staff were rude and unhelpful. When we tried to explain our concerns, we received no proper response. To add insult to injury, we weren’t given a full refund despite the terrible conditions. There’s no way I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s not just bad—it’s unacceptable. The experience was so far from what we expected that it left us frustrated and disappointed. If you’re visiting Istanbul, definitely look elsewhere. There are much better options nearby, especially if you value comfort, convenience, and basic respect.
