Every staff member we met was incredibly polite and genuinely warm, always greeting guests with a smile. The pool area is stunning, and the view from outside—where mountains meet the ocean—is absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. We spent two full days just relaxing by the pool and on the beach, doing nothing but soaking in the vibe. We checked in early and were initially assigned a sea-view room at the end of the building, but my husband wanted something better, so we switched rooms twice before landing on a great one. It was worth the effort. The only downside? The price is steep—nearly $400 per night—but honestly, given the location, service, and overall experience, it’s not unreasonable. It’s just hard on the wallet when you’re budget-conscious!

I’d definitely recommend booking with breakfast included; trying to add it later meant paying full price with no discount. One thing to note: parking fees were higher than what was listed online—maybe due to seasonal pricing near year-end, so plan accordingly. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, great service, and a convenient central spot. If I ever return to Rio, this will be my first choice again.

The air conditioning drips water, and the shower setup isn’t the most user-friendly. The bed was also quite firm, which might not suit everyone. However, the highlight of our stay was the rooftop spa at their sister property in Arpoador. We had an incredible massage there—relaxing, professional, and worth every minute. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our three-night stay and would definitely return for the location and the exceptional spa experience.
