The staff truly made the difference—special thanks to the front desk team, especially Sony, the bar staff at the Egyptian Bar, the manager, and the restaurant waitstaff. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. The ambiance is elegant, the location is convenient, and the value for money is outstanding.
