I’d like to personally thank Alam and Surajit for going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed—they were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The rest of the team also showed great professionalism and kindness. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. This place deserves all the praise—it’s a gem in Kolkata, and I’m already planning my next visit.

I was disappointed to learn that foreign guests aren't allowed to stay at this property. Fortunately, the platform I booked through assisted me with a full refund promptly. While the location and overall setting are decent, it's definitely a drawback for international travelers. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its policy to welcome guests from all over the world—this would enhance accessibility and improve the experience for many visitors.

Just keep in mind that you’ll need to order food at least 45 minutes to an hour in advance; otherwise, they might not be able to serve it. Portion sizes are on the smaller side, but given the price, it’s still great value. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning works like a dream—really important in Kolkata’s heat. The staff are incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I’d absolutely book here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kolkata for official purposes.

What stood out the most was the shower pressure—strong and consistent, with excellent hot water flow, easily the best in all our travels across India. Located just steps away from Peter Cat Park, it’s quiet yet convenient, with easy access to public transit. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we visit Kolkata. Highly recommend this gem!
