Absolutely stunning hotel—truly the best in Kolkata! The property is massive, almost like getting lost in a luxury maze. The pool area is breathtaking, and guests enjoy complimentary access to the sauna, steam room, and hot tub—perfect for relaxation. Breakfast is exceptional: diverse, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’d love to come back again. The only minor issue was staying on the 70th floor—there’s likely a rooftop bar above, and occasionally, I could hear loud creaking sounds from furniture being moved, especially chair legs scraping the floor. A simple fix like adding felt pads or a soft rug might help reduce the noise. Otherwise, this place is nearly flawless!

I was really impressed with my stay at The Stadel overall—everything exceeded my expectations. The only minor quirk was the pool schedule, which runs until 9:00 PM and then reopens at 6:00 PM, leaving a gap in between—slightly confusing but not a dealbreaker. Also, towels in the pool area are charged, which I found a bit surprising, though it’s a small thing. That said, these didn’t detract from the excellent experience at all. The staff truly made the difference—special thanks to the front desk team, especially Sony, the bar staff at the Egyptian Bar, the manager, and the restaurant waitstaff. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. The ambiance is elegant, the location is convenient, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues—and I’m already planning to come back myself.
Super Townhouse Parkstreet Formerly Hotel Royal Garden
I was disappointed to learn that foreign guests aren't allowed to stay at this property. Fortunately, the platform I booked through assisted me with a full refund promptly. While the location and overall setting are decent, it's definitely a drawback for international travelers. It would be great if the hotel could reconsider its policy to welcome guests from all over the world—this would enhance accessibility and improve the experience for many visitors.
