Grab (the local ride-hailing app) is readily available nearby, so getting around town is a breeze. Location-wise, it’s convenient for exploring the city and getting to the beach. With great service, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent value, this hotel easily earns my repeat visit. Located right on the beach, it’s super convenient for getting to downtown by metro, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. They not only helped me rebook seamlessly but also upgraded me to a higher-category room and even upgraded my breakfast to the Premier option. When I checked out, they handed me a small drink as a thoughtful farewell gesture. Several team members sincerely apologized multiple times—even though there was no need to be so apologetic—and their kindness actually made me feel a bit awkward in a good way! The service is genuinely exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip to Da Nang. Highly recommended!
