The cabin is immaculate, and housekeeping visits twice daily—so clean and refreshing. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the room layout to the local touches in decor. For anyone visiting Luxor, this is a top choice—beautiful, practical, and truly memorable.
Nile Cruise Book Now 3 & 4 Nights
While the overall experience was a bit underwhelming, there were definitely some bright spots. The standout was our tour coordinator, Sayeed—he was incredibly responsive before departure, throughout the cruise, and even after docking. He checked in regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly and helped us arrange additional activities in Egypt, which made a big difference. The food on board was excellent, and the stopover itinerary was well thought out. However, we found it difficult to plan ahead because not enough information was provided—especially regarding pricing and historical context at each site. The biggest disappointment was the value for money. Despite knowing that a significant portion of the fare goes toward taxes and fees, the cruise itself is only about three days and three nights, and nearly every extra activity comes with an additional cost. Nothing is truly included beyond meals, so unless you're okay paying for everything on top, it might not feel like a great deal.

The location is perfect—quiet, beautiful, and private with its own grounds. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight: a generous buffet with a personal touch—our chef even prepared fresh scrambled eggs right in front of us on a skillet. That little extra care made all the difference. We came to Luxor specifically for a hot air balloon ride, and the hotel arranged everything at a fantastic price. Everything went smoothly and we had an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, it was seamless and delightful. I left with nothing but positive memories and would highly recommend this place.

Its location is perfect for exploring the West Bank monuments in Luxor—just a short walk or quick ride away. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully arranged, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Luxor who wants a relaxing yet authentic experience.

My room was spotless, neatly arranged, and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, delicious, and full of local flavors. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, making it easy to explore on foot or by public transit. This place truly offers comfort, hospitality, and value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxor.
Iberotel Luxor
Staying at Iberotel Luxor was a highlight of our trip to Luxor. Located right at the end of the main hotel street, it’s just steps away from the scenic Nile River promenade on the East Bank, with plenty of dining options nearby. The Winter Palace and Luxor Temple are both within a 10-minute walk—perfect for morning strolls. While Karnak Temple is a bit farther, a short taxi ride (about 10 minutes, around 50 EGP) gets you there quickly. The room was spacious, and while the furnishings were a bit dated, everything was clean and well-maintained—especially the bedding. The mattress was firm and supportive, not one of those sinking-in types, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was easily the best we had in Egypt—far more variety than at other hotels we’ve stayed at, including the famous Old Falls Hotel. It’s a real gem in terms of value and location, and I’d definitely return without hesitation.

It's also just a short walk from the popular Kazaz spot, making dining out super easy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly—they helped me book a taxi at a fair price, which made getting around town hassle-free. I highly recommend trying Kazaz for both their food and refreshing drinks; everything tasted fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Luxor.
