The location is excellent—right in the heart of Cartagena, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The area feels safe, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. However, I was disappointed that housekeeping didn’t come by at all during my visit. No fresh towels, no bathroom cleaning—just left as-is. There was stagnant water in the garden area, which attracted a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the evenings. It was really annoying and disrupted sleep. Also, the pillows were noticeably misshapen and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. While the neighborhood and security are strong points, these issues significantly affected the overall experience. If the management could improve cleaning routines and address the mosquito problem, this place would be much more appealing.
