There’s a lovely little garden, and my room even had a balcony overlooking a peaceful green space — perfect for morning coffee or just unwinding. The bathroom itself was impressive: a generous soaking tub and a spacious shower. Breakfast? Simply heavenly — rich, fresh, and made with care. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Nizamuddin Railway Station, making it easy to access by metro or local transport. However, the overall condition is disappointing. The lobby feels outdated and dimly lit, and the room furnishings are worn and dated. The air conditioning unit is extremely noisy, running constantly through the night and disrupting sleep. The mattress is uncomfortable with noticeable springs that creak with every movement. Staff responses are slow and lack initiative when assistance is needed. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.
