We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, which came with a spacious 15x30 ft living-dining room featuring a dining table, three-seater sofas on both sides, and a TV that didn’t work initially. The bedroom had a comfortable large bed, a functional desk, chair, and a working TV after we followed up a few times. However, there were noticeable damp spots in several areas of the room, which is concerning for hygiene and comfort. Breakfast was delivered to our room—basic items like puri sabji and coffee—but the quality was underwhelming and fell short of expectations. Room service was slow, and when we checked out at 10:30 AM, the front desk staff couldn’t issue a printed bill because the manager wasn’t available. While the property is large and has potential, it needs better maintenance and more consistent staffing. With some improvements, this could be a solid choice for travelers looking for a peaceful stay in New Delhi.

This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
