Check-in is completely self-service via code—no front desk hassle—and the hosts regularly check in to see how you’re doing. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet well-connected by public transport. Plus, the fridge and complimentary beverages are generously stocked and included in the room rate, which adds great value. The theater nearby is a bonus for culture lovers. Overall, this stay was exceptional and I’d definitely return.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and well-maintained—perfect for a short stay. I spent a whole month exploring Switzerland, and chose this hotel for three separate stays in Zurich. The location is unbeatable: right outside a bus stop with lines 6 and 10, just two stops from the main train station, which is only a 5-minute walk away. It’s also super close to the University of Zurich. If you're heading to the airport, take line 10 all the way—it goes straight there without transfers. The breakfast spread is generous and varied, and I appreciated the ironing board in the common area—great for travelers who need to freshen up before meetings or events. Overall, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, and the value for money is excellent. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich.
