Arrived in Budapest at 8 PM and reached the hotel by 9:30 AM—planning to just store our luggage, but the front desk was incredibly helpful. They rushed housekeeping to clean the room, and we were checked in within just five minutes! That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for the stay. The toiletries are from Diptyque—same quality as those found in Mandarin Oriental, which is a real treat. Breakfast was excellent for a Central European hotel—plenty of fresh options, great pastries, and local flavors that stood out. The spa area is fantastic: relaxing baths and soothing treatments made it easy to unwind after a long journey. The fitness center is basic, which is the only minor downside, but overall, the experience was exceptional. This place delivers on luxury, comfort, and service. A must-stay if you're visiting Budapest.

Located just 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a charming little local neighborhood with cozy cafés and shops, while a larger shopping mall is only 200 meters away—perfect for quick errands or evening strolls. The metro station is within walking distance, making it easy to explore downtown Budapest. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh bread, local cheeses, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Everything about this stay was top-notch—from location to service. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. Breakfast is decent but lacks some cultural touches—no cheese or olives, which would have added more character. Some sausages seemed questionable in terms of ingredients, possibly containing pork, so those avoiding it should be cautious. Still, we stayed two nights and left feeling thoroughly satisfied. Would absolutely recommend and book here again—great value and a fantastic base for exploring Budapest.

Booked last minute and couldn’t be happier with our choice of Loft Astoria. The location was unbeatable—right next to major bus and metro lines, making it super easy to explore the city. There was a minor issue with self-check-in, but a quick call resolved it instantly—great support. The apartment was warm, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay.
