She handled everything efficiently, with genuine warmth and professionalism, and she’s also stunningly beautiful—seriously, I’d recommend her by name if I could! The facilities are outstanding. Compared to older, run-down hotels, this place feels brand new and luxurious. High-quality amenities like shampoo, body wash, and a powerful hairdryer made every day feel special. Lighting, furniture, kitchenware—all thoughtfully designed and top-notch. Best of all? It’s also a hassle that you need to open a Wi-Fi link every time to lock the door. If the network drops or you’re without mobile data, you can’t secure the room either. Personally, I’d prefer if the same access code used at the bottom of the door worked from the top as well. That said, these are minor gripes. The hotel itself is excellent overall—great comfort, smart design, and fantastic value. Definitely worth staying at if you're visiting Berlin.
