Free eco-tours depart daily at 9:30am and 2:00pm from the Visitor Center. Special ethnobotany tours on weekends explain how indigenous Igorot tribes use medicinal plants.
The Plant Nursery sells rare high-altitude species adapted to Baguio's climate. All plants come with care instructions and require DENR permits for certain protected varieties.
Personal photography is permitted, but tripods require prior approval. The Sunken Garden and Bamboo Grove are Instagram hotspots. Commercial shoots need to pay PHP 2,000 permit fee.
The garden operates a seed bank preserving endangered Cordillera flora. Their cloud forest restoration project has reintroduced 15 native tree species. Visitors can sponsor a tree through the Adopt-a-Tree program.
