On the first day of Lunar New Year, the team surprised all residents with a bottle of Chilean wine — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really made our stay feel special. We also booked a Thai massage through the hotel, and it was fantastic—relaxing, expertly done, and priced very reasonably. When checking out, the lovely front desk attendant walked us all the way to the car, helped with our bags, and didn’t leave until she confirmed we’d safely driven off.
