Staying here for New Year's Eve was an absolute highlight! Even though the room rate doubled during the holiday, every penny was worth it. The spacious room had a stunning balcony with breathtaking views of the sea—perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. We were greeted with a complimentary champagne bottle, which added a special touch to our celebration. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—plenty of variety and delicious options, making it well worth the extra cost. From the warm staff to the luxurious amenities, this resort delivered an unforgettable experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing getaway.

Our first day in Vietnam started with a frustrating moment when our stroller wheel broke down—really inconvenient! But the moment we checked in, Hoang noticed the issue and kindly offered to take us to a nearby market to get it fixed. That kind of thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable. I’m not sure if Hoang is a man or woman, but their kindness left a lasting impression. Also, a lady employee at the ground-floor souvenir shop spoke excellent Korean and helped me throughout my stay—so grateful for her support. The hotel’s location is perfect, and staying in the VIP suite (a spacious junior suite) was an absolute highlight—the view was breathtaking. I left with nothing but happy memories. Definitely planning to come back next time I visit Da Nang. Truly exceptional service and comfort.
Santori Villa My Khe Beach
The villa itself is fantastic—beautiful location right by the beach, peaceful atmosphere, and the private pool is a real highlight. However, the management completely ruined the experience. When we checked in, we were asked to hand over our passports to the cleaning staff. Shortly after, we received a message saying they needed to take them to the police station for registration. We refused and sent photos instead, but the response was threatening—telling us they’d call the police if we didn’t comply. We told them to go ahead and call, and we weren’t worried. They backed down immediately. The next morning, we got a text asking what time we wanted to check out—we said 2 PM. Then we were told we had to be out by 12. Why even ask if you’re going to force an earlier departure? At 11 AM, we were still enjoying the pool before leaving. Suddenly, the cleaners came in without permission and started insisting on cleaning the pool area, even though we were still using it. We politely refused, but they kept pushing. What made it worse was the fact that there are cameras everywhere—in common areas, near the pool, even in the garden. It felt invasive and uncomfortable knowing strangers could be watching us swim. It’s such a shame because the property is truly beautiful. But constant pushy messages from management, lack of respect for privacy, and unnecessary stress have left a bad taste. A great place let down by poor handling.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t as cold as I’d hoped, possibly because we were a group of four, but it was still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. One thing worth mentioning: the bottled water was quite small and not enough for our group—had to buy more later. Also, the mini-fridge made some intermittent noise, but it wasn’t disruptive during sleep. Despite these minor quirks, the hotel offers excellent value for money, is well-located near public transport, and makes getting around the city super easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The wardrobe with its ventilated grilles is practical and prevents stuffiness. Both the fan and air conditioning unit were free of dust, showing clear maintenance effort. One small note: the toilet paper is hung a bit too high, making it slightly inconvenient to reach while seated. Also, staff could speak English a bit more slowly for clearer communication. The elevator felt a little humid, and the mirrors didn’t flatter much—but these are minor points. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with great value. I genuinely appreciate the care put into every detail and would definitely stay here again.
