Our first day in Vietnam started with a frustrating moment when our stroller wheel broke down—really inconvenient! But the moment we checked in, Hoang noticed the issue and kindly offered to take us to a nearby market to get it fixed. That kind of thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable. I’m not sure if Hoang is a man or woman, but their kindness left a lasting impression. Also, a lady employee at the ground-floor souvenir shop spoke excellent Korean and helped me throughout my stay—so grateful for her support. The hotel’s location is perfect, and staying in the VIP suite (a spacious junior suite) was an absolute highlight—the view was breathtaking. I left with nothing but happy memories. Definitely planning to come back next time I visit Da Nang. Truly exceptional service and comfort.

There are plenty of great restaurants and massage places nearby, making it super convenient to explore on foot or by metro. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with variety that changed daily over our two-night stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea buffet—even though the selection wasn’t huge, it was a nice touch. A few small things could be improved: the shower head only moves up and down, which makes adjusting the angle difficult during use; also, the sink faucet is positioned too far forward and slightly low, so when washing your face directly under the tap, water tends to splash sideways. On one occasion, we experienced a brief water outage while showering—lasted about five minutes before returning. Overall, though, this is a fantastic place with great value and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend!

Located right on the beach, it’s super convenient for getting to downtown by metro, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. My flight was delayed, which caused some unexpected changes to my plans, but the staff handled everything with incredible speed and care. They not only helped me rebook seamlessly but also upgraded me to a higher-category room and even upgraded my breakfast to the Premier option. When I checked out, they handed me a small drink as a thoughtful farewell gesture. Several team members sincerely apologized multiple times—even though there was no need to be so apologetic—and their kindness actually made me feel a bit awkward in a good way!
