The stay was excellent overall, especially the ocean view rooms—waking up to the endless sea vista was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. The location is very convenient, with downtown just a short 20-minute metro ride away. The only minor downside is that there's ongoing construction nearby; if your room faces the site, you might notice some noise, but ours had a perfect ocean-facing view, so no issues at all. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. With the great value, stunning views, and warm hospitality, I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. Located right on the beach, it’s super convenient for getting to downtown by metro, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. My flight was delayed, which caused some unexpected changes to my plans, but the staff handled everything with incredible speed and care. They not only helped me rebook seamlessly but also upgraded me to a higher-category room and even upgraded my breakfast to the Premier option. When I checked out, they handed me a small drink as a thoughtful farewell gesture. Several team members sincerely apologized multiple times—even though there was no need to be so apologetic—and their kindness actually made me feel a bit awkward in a good way! The service is genuinely exceptional, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip to Da Nang. Highly recommended!

Absolutely breathtaking. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, polite, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality and attention to detail. After our awful experience with the previous hotel, this place felt like a true sanctuary. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already thinking about coming back. The bed was heavenly—huge, super comfortable, and paired with plush pillows that made for the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Breakfast was outstanding—fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, perfectly cooked omelets or scrambled eggs, and pancakes almost every day. We left completely full and happy. We also booked a Thai massage through the hotel, and it was fantastic—relaxing, expertly done, and priced very reasonably. When checking out, the lovely front desk attendant walked us all the way to the car, helped with our bags, and didn’t leave until she confirmed we’d safely driven off.
