The room itself was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed with all the essentials. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly—so cozy that I slept like a baby. What truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail: when we used the self-service laundry late at night and didn’t have time to hang our clothes, a housekeeping staff member named Cai quietly took care of it for us. When I retrieved my clothes the next morning, they were still warm—such a thoughtful touch! This level of care made the experience unforgettable. I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy the comfort and hospitality again. Changsha is amazing, but this hotel truly made it special. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless—floor shining like glass, bedding soft and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The smart system is a game-changer: just say "Xiao Yang, Xiao Yang" and lights turn on, curtains open, everything’s under control. Hot water in the shower comes instantly with strong pressure, and the toiletries have a subtle, pleasant scent—small touches that make a big difference. Staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient—check-in was quick and friendly. Even after check-out, they handed me a little gift. Free laundry service and luggage storage? The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.
