What truly stood out was the incredible attention to detail: when we used the self-service laundry late at night and didn’t have time to hang our clothes, a housekeeping staff member named Cai quietly took care of it for us. When I retrieved my clothes the next morning, they were still warm—such a thoughtful touch! This level of care made the experience unforgettable. I ended up extending my stay just to enjoy the comfort and hospitality again. Changsha is amazing, but this hotel truly made it special. Highly recommend!

The breakfast buffet was generous and well-stocked—everything you could want was available, and it felt truly free-flowing and satisfying. Located just steps from Liugouyu Metro Station, getting around downtown Changsha is super convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back myself soon.
