Staying at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing was a delightful experience overall. The room size was just right—not too cramped, not overly spacious—and being just steps from the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The twin beds were slightly smaller than expected, but the mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs—perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and soft center. However, the wonton soup could use more depth in flavor. Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. Despite minor room for improvement, the hospitality, location, and value for money made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Beijing!

Cleanliness was top-notch — everything looked spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. The interior design has a unique, elegant charm that really sets the tone for a refined experience. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, Xiao Han and Xiao Song — their warm welcome, helpful tips, and attentive service made all the difference. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. A truly memorable stay with excellent value and outstanding hospitality.

She called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived, everything was already prepared. The room itself is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved how convenient the location is: just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so dining and shopping could be done without stepping outside. On-site amenities are efficient, and the restaurant consistently delivers quality meals. That said, cleanliness this time didn’t quite match up to last year’s standard—hope they’ll take note and improve. Overall, it's still a top-tier choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a central base in Beijing.

I received over ten parcels during my stay, and the hotel team was incredibly helpful in collecting them for me—delivered straight to my room on check-in day. That was such a relief! The laundry service is outstanding: just drop off your clothes by noon, and by evening they’re returned neatly washed, dried, folded, and waiting in the room. So convenient and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room spotless every time I came back—no dust, no mess, just perfect cleanliness. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything. What truly touched me was the little gift they gave upon checkout—it felt personal and warm. I especially want to thank the male manager on duty during the day. Without a local phone number, many tasks like ordering food or browsing Taobao were frustratingly difficult. He kindly shared his personal mobile number, which made everything so much easier. His kindness made a huge difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
