What stood out even more was that someone from the team called ahead to confirm our arrival details and even provided clear instructions about parking—so much for peace of mind! When we had to wait briefly for our room to be ready, instead of just letting us sit, they brought over a small snack specifically for our 4-year-old daughter. She lit up instantly, turning what could’ve been a boring wait into a sweet little moment. Breakfast was another highlight—despite having two kids (one taller than standard), the staff didn’t treat us like a hassle. They welcomed us warmly and handled everything with grace. One detail I’ll never forget: when our napkins ran out, a supervisor personally came over to replace them—no one else was assigned, no script, just genuine care. Throughout our stay, housekeeping staff remained courteous, quiet, and always ready to help if needed, yet never intrusive. The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with soft, comfortable bedding and a handwritten New Year’s greeting tucked beside the bed—so many little details that showed real care. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the shopping district—and returning in the evening, we joined fun interactive activities in the lobby, adding to the holiday spirit. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options, including traditional symbolic dishes like tangyuan and niangao, which really added to the celebratory mood. Check-in is on the L-level, so you’ll need to take the elevator up from the ground floor; it’s straightforward though. I booked a family room with one full-sized bed and one smaller bed—compact but functional for two adults and a child. The room was clean, and the TV supports screen mirroring, which was convenient. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. One standout feature: separate facilities for showering, washing hands, and using the toilet—great for privacy. The room faces south, so it stayed warm during winter without feeling drafty. It’s super convenient for getting around—just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and very close to the east gate of Northeastern University. There are plenty of local street food options nearby, making dining easy and affordable. Overall, a solid experience with good value. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m back in Shenyang.

Located right next to the Color TV Tower Night Market, dinner options were just steps away. Plus, it’s super convenient for getting around town via subway.
