The bed was absolutely heavenly—plush and supportive, with two types of pillows that were both super comfortable. I actually didn’t want to get out of bed all morning! Located just steps from Taiyuan Street Station’s E and F exits, getting around the city is effortless. A single subway stop gets you to Xita, and there are countless dining options right outside—ranging from small local eateries to larger shopping complexes. You can even arrive light-handed and shop later, which is perfect. Housekeeping was excellent—every day the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the amenities were always well-stocked. I loved the herbal-scented conditioner, and they even provided face wash and laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! With the dry climate in Northeast China, having a washer and drying rack in-room made laundry so convenient—clothes dried quickly. After a long day exploring, soaking in the tub was pure bliss. And let’s not forget—Shenyang has amazing food, so I ended up extending my stay by two extra nights just to keep enjoying it. We booked a 3 PM train departure, and the staff kindly arranged a late check-out, saving us from wandering around downtown for hours.
