Lovely 2 Beds Apt with City View at South Brisbane
This experience was extremely disappointing. The listing appeared to be associated with a legitimate hotel based on the address shown, but it turned out to be completely unrelated. When we arrived, check-in wasn’t possible because the contact number provided was disconnected. We even called the phone number linked to the listed address, only to find no reservation under our name. In a rush, my family and I had to book another place last minute—losing both time and money. The platform continued to demand a $300 deposit despite already taking our payment. There’s no accountability from the provider, and support has been unhelpful. I’ve reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), but they keep asking for more documents, even though we’ve already submitted everything. This situation left us frustrated and misled. I won’t use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
