Cleanliness throughout the rooms was outstanding, and any request was met promptly with no hesitation. During one of our transfers, I accidentally left some valuable personal items on the shuttle. To my relief, the driver (who I believe was Khalid) found them and returned everything personally—truly heartwarming.
