As soon as I walked in, Xiao Ai started playing my favorite songs—such a thoughtful touch. The TV even supports free screen mirroring, perfect for streaming movies or shows. What really stood out was the exceptional service. When I mentioned the room felt a bit chilly upon arrival, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable and quieter elegant room without hesitation. Even when we forgot our breakfast voucher, she personally delivered it to our room—so attentive and friendly! The entire experience felt warm and personalized. I’ve already told my boyfriend we’re coming back for New Year’s Eve. This place is definitely on my list to recommend to friends.
