The hotel reached out a few days before check-in to confirm our preferences—great touch! We booked three rooms and specifically requested them all on the same floor, which they happily accommodated. Upon arrival, one of our rooms was upgraded from a Superior King to a Superior Family Room—spacious, clean, and much more comfortable than expected. The room itself was immaculate, with plenty of space and modern amenities that made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, but especially loved their freshly baked bread: soft, warm, and absolutely delicious. Even cooler? They have a delivery robot that brings food right to your door—so futuristic and fun, especially for kids. Location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions, making sightseeing super convenient. The next day, we had an early high-speed train departure and were feeling under the weather, so we wanted to check out early and cancel two rooms. To our surprise, the front desk offered a free late check-out until 4 PM with no extra charge—such thoughtful service! This level of care truly made our experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—10/10, highly praised!
Xinmao Tiancai Hotel
The hotel's exterior is absolutely stunning—just seeing it from afar felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The white façade with its arched entrance looks straight out of a dream, especially under the clear blue sky. Walking into the lobby was even more impressive—the high ceilings create an open, airy feel that’s both elegant and spacious. Perfect for photos, no filters needed! 🛏️ The room was surprisingly huge—bigger than my entire apartment back home. I could easily unpack two suitcases without feeling cramped, and the bed was heavenly. The bedding was soft and cozy, making it easy to fall asleep and sleep through the night. 🧹 Cleanliness? Beyond impressive. No dust on the surfaces, the bathroom mirror was so shiny it felt like a vanity, and even the air vent grilles were spotless. It made me feel completely at ease. 💡 This stay was truly exceptional—great ambiance, generous space, and top-notch cleanliness. I’ve already recommended it to friends planning trips, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re visiting Tianjin, this is a no-brainer choice.
