The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the metro, making it super convenient to explore downtown Santiago. The hostess was incredibly attentive from arrival to departure, answering all our questions and going the extra mile to arrange airport transportation despite the limited schedules. Her kindness and support made our stay so much more enjoyable. It’s clear she genuinely cares about guest comfort.
